These terms apply to this website and to purchases of RayCraft Write. Version 1.0, effective 30 October 2026.
1. Scope and agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit or use the website write.raycraft.dev, contact DiPiGi Ltd. or buy RayCraft Write through it. By continuing to use the website, you acknowledge these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
These website terms do not replace the license that governs the software. The use of RayCraft Write is governed by its license agreement (EULA), and a signed agreement between you and DiPiGi Ltd. takes precedence over these website terms where they conflict.
2. Website information
Website content describes RayCraft Write. It is provided for general information and may be updated as the product evolves. Descriptions and examples on this website are not a binding offer or a commitment to deliver a particular scope or schedule.
3. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms are published on this page and apply from the time they are made available, subject to applicable law.
4. Purchases of RayCraft Write
A RayCraft Write license lasts one year from the date of purchase. The price is 950 EUR for the first year and 500 EUR for every following year. Prices are in euro and shown in full before you pay. Renewal is manual: we never charge your card automatically and we send reminders 30 and 7 days before the end date. After the end date you keep every version released until then and everything you built with it; new versions, the private feed and support need a renewal.
You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase, without giving a reason. The rules are in the Refund policy at /refund. The 14-day trial is free and needs no card.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including text, graphics, visual design and branding, are owned by or licensed to DiPiGi Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal or internal business information purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Rights in the RayCraft Write software are granted by its license agreement, not by these website terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not impair its availability, security or use by others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, introduce malicious code, interfere with normal operation or use the site to transmit unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.
7. Contact form and communications
When you submit an inquiry, provide information that you are authorized to share and ensure it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal data. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, partnership or other formal business relationship. We use the information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party websites and services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Those are controlled by their providers; we do not operate or control their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Availability and disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website current and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DiPiGi Ltd. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not limit liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
