RayCraft Write End User License Agreement, version 1.0, effective 30 October 2026. By downloading, installing or using the RayCraft Write software package, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. Licensor information
Entity: DiPiGi Ltd. Registration no.: 205546400. Address: Lazur 76, Burgas 8000, Bulgaria. Contact email: support@raycraft.dev.
2. Grant of license
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the license fee, DiPiGi Ltd. grants the licensee organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license for one year from the date of purchase to use the RayCraft Write software package (the "Software") in binary form within its own applications, and to distribute the Software solely as an integrated component of those applications, unchanged and not separated from them. The license has no per-application or per-user royalty. Applications distributed during the license period keep working after it ends.
3. License period, updates and renewal
The license runs for one year. New versions of the Software and access to the private feed are available while the license is active. After the license ends you keep every version released until then and may continue to use it, but you receive no new versions and no support unless you renew. Renewal is manual and is never charged automatically.
4. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
(a) Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software as a standalone product or as part of a library, package, component set, or tool intended for software developers.
(b) Resell, commercialize, or distribute any product or service whose primary function or main value is derived directly from the Software.
(c) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except and strictly to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.
(d) Share your feed token or download credentials with persons outside the licensee organization, or publish the Software in a public feed or repository.
5. Intellectual property
The Software, its code, binary structure, organization, and visual design, as well as the names "RayCraft" and "DiPiGi Ltd." and associated logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of DiPiGi Ltd. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by DiPiGi Ltd.
6. Third-party components
The Software has no third-party components. Notices, if any appear in a later version, are provided in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file included with the Software package.
7. Trial and refund
A 14-day trial is available without a card. You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal, without giving a reason, as described in the Refund policy.
8. Privacy and data protection
The Software operates as part of your application. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, telemetry, or usage analytics to DiPiGi Ltd.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIPIGI LTD. PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIPIGI LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR INTENT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
11. Termination
This license is effective until it ends or is terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control, except copies already embedded in your applications that were distributed to end users in accordance with this Agreement before termination; those end users are not affected by the termination.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
